A Parish Plan is an opportunity for communities to have a say in how their local areas and services are managed. The 2005 Parish Plan was carried out to identify areas that the community thought needed improvement or change. The Parish Open Day on March 3rd 2012 will be an opportunity for people to meet their councillors and say what they would like to see in the next stage of the developing Parish PlanHartland Parish Plan 2005
